I had invited Giselle, Alexis, and Jose out for lunch. Giselle asked me if I wanted to go to the touristic La Terraza, the Terrace bar, made famous by Hemingway. She sounded skeptical, so I asked her where she suggested and off we went to a tiny, but real Cojimar restaurant.
The four of us.
Looking back from our table you see there is only
one row of about five tables.
Giselle then invited us for coffee at her home (grandparents place). There I met her grandfather who, unfortunately is confined to a wheel chair with Parkinson's. His wife, Sylvia who is close to 90 is a real hoot. She had to go out to meet someone and put on her white eyebrow frame sunglasses as she leaving. I said wow sexy, and she replied with a laugh and a little hip swivel - "I try".
Giselle and Alicia are moving to Barcelona in ten days. How lucky was I that I came to Cuba when I did.

We drove back to Havana and they dropped me at my hotel. One tired, but very happy gal.
Wow, wow, and wow….this is only day three.
